Frequently Asked Questions
What is production time? Standard production times can range from 7 to 14 days which includes art approval.
What is required for artwork? Supply us with clean, sharp artwork to expedite your order. Acceptable formats include: Adobe Illustrator (AI), vector art (eps), (jpg), (pdf) or (tif) files.
Where do I send the artwork? Email your artwork to: info@mitzvahgear.com. We will email you a proof of your artwork for your approval. Upon receipt of your approval we will finalize your order.
Are there any additional charges? Screen/embroidery charges, special setups, 4 color process or additional colors are extra. Prices listed include a one color imprint. Quotes are required for embroidered apparel.
How much is Shipping and Handling? We ship using the most efficient carrier for your area. All goods are shipped ground by UPS, FedEx or DHL. Additional fees will apply for express and Next Day shipments.
What payment methods can I use? Check, M/C, Visa, and Amex are accepted.
